We had a wonderful end-of-year celebration for our Training Centre at Pirathon Winery in the Barossa Valley today.
The day began with a scenic drive to Tanunda, followed by a relaxed morning of wine tasting paired with regional platters. It was the perfect blend of connection and enjoyment. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring freshly baked, thin-crust, Italian-style gourmet pizzas.
A real highlight of the day was our team-building and connection session with Dean Philp, Founder of Moving Puzzles. Dean’s movement-based, playful facilitation encouraged creativity, body awareness as well as reflection, and a lot of laughter—an ideal way to end the year together.
As we wrap up 2025, we want to express our deepest appreciation to all our industry partners, collaborators, chief investigators, and everyone who has supported and contributed to our Training Centre’s success so far.
To all our Training Centre’s PhD students, congratulations on your outstanding achievements in 2025! Hope this celebration becomes a lasting and cherished memory in your PhD journey with the Training Centre.
